Nutrients From Your Garden Compost Pile

Many people these days, look for ways to use less chemicals in their backyard garden. They do not want to use chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides. One way to avoid the use of chemical fertilizers is to create your own natural fertilizer with a garden compost pile, or with compost bins.

You can allocate an area of your yard to create your garden compost. This is where you will place your green waste and food scraps for worms, bacteria and other micro-organisms to create your natural fertilizer for your garden, yard and other growing areas on your landscape.

There may be a couple of flower beds, with a variety of flowers in your front yard, and in your backyard there is a garden with plenty of herbs, fruit and vegetable plants to grow fresh produce to use in your meals. These are some of the areas where you can place your natural nutrients from your compost pile.

Rather than sending your green waste to landfill, the better optionĀ is to create natural fertilizer with a garden compost pile.
