The best websites offer virtual tours and photos so people can see if the property is worth their time or not. They can read about area amenities, view location maps and get a list of what the unit offers. They can browse condos, townhouses, duplexes, single family residences, country club residences and apartments.
In some markets, houses that have been for sale for a long time have transformed into houses for rent to meet rising demands. In other markets, there has been a huge migration of people to rental units, so it might be hard to find a desirable place to rent. Just remember this general rule. If you can buy, buy! If not, then renting is a good temporary solution.
